That uncertainty is completely fine - you don't need to arrive knowing. The First Conversation under Comhluadar exists precisely for this: a short, low-cost way to talk it through together and find out what actually fits, with no obligation to continue.
Comhluadar is conversation first, no fixed goal, no assumption that something's broken, just being properly kept company. Breath or stone might find their way in, but only if the moment calls for it.
Leigheas Dúchais is breath-and-body work specifically - Celtic tending held through breath, blessing, silence, and presence, walked as a fuller journey.
If it's simply someone to talk to, Comhluadar. If it's the older, body-rooted tending you're drawn to, Leigheas Dúchais.
Faoiseamh na Scoile is personal tending, for the person underneath the job - three sessions, built for teachers and school staff specifically.
Teaching Heart Support is professional supervision - space to bring what the work itself stirs in you.
If it's you that needs tending, Faoiseamh na Scoile. If it's the work itself, Teaching Heart Support.
Neither, exactly. There's no fixed goal or outcome the way coaching usually works, and it isn't a clinical or diagnostic space the way therapy is.
It's tending - a tradition of presence, breath, and Celtic wisdom that meets you as you are, without needing to name a problem first.
Not at all. This tradition is rooted in this land and language, but it's offered to anyone who's called to it, you don't need Irish heritage, and you don't need any Irish to take part.
Only Faoiseamh na Scoile and the Leigheas Dúchais full journey have a minimum (three sessions each). Everything else - Anáil Scíthe, Anáil Bheo, Comhluadar's ongoing sessions - can be booked one at a time, for as long or as little as serves you.
Everything here is open to you, the same as anyone else - Comhluadar, the breathwork sessions, Leigheas Dúchais, all of it.
Two things exist specifically because of where you stand: Breathwork Facilitator Supervision, for professional space to bring what the work stirs in you, and the Breath Coach Training or Facilitator Apprenticeship, if you're building or deepening your own practice.
The only things not built with you in mind are Faoiseamh na Scoile and Teaching Heart Support, which are for teachers and school staff specifically.
All sessions take place online via Zoom. Please book at least 24 hours ahead where you can. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refunded. You're welcome to reach out directly with any question before booking.
You don't need to be fixed.
You need to breathe. You need to be held.
