Faoiseamh na Scoile - The School's Relief

You have spent years holding the room. And somewhere in all that giving, something quieter in you got set aside. Not lost. Just waiting. Patient as a seed.

This is a three-session pathway made especially for teachers and school staff, those still in the classroom, those struggling with the weight of school life, those stepping away, and those wondering what comes next.

If it's ongoing professional supervision you're looking for, rather than personal tending, Teaching Heart Support may be the better fit. This is for the person underneath the job, not the work itself.

How the Three Sessions Unfold

Session One - An Anam Féin (The Soul Herself)

We begin with conversation. A chance to set down some of what you've been carrying, to notice what school life has asked of you, and to make space for the person underneath the role.

There's nothing to solve in this first session. We listen for what needs attention and let that guide what follows.

Session Two - Anáil Scíthe

A deeply restful breathwork session, offering the nervous system somewhere to soften. Nothing asked of you but to arrive.

Session Three - Your Choice

Either Anáil Bheo, if it's the breath itself that needs tending, or a Leigheas Dúchais session, if what's surfaced by then asks for something older.

This is for you if:

You're Not Holding This Alone

Even within these sessions, someone is walking this with you, not watching from a distance.

And sometimes, once you've had somewhere to set down what you've been carrying, being part of a wider circle can help too. Through The Exhale Awakening, the Wisdom School I co-founded with Sharyn, there are gentle ways to practise and gather with others including Midweek Exhale, Breath Keepers and our wider community.

None of that is required. Faoiseamh na Scoile stands on its own. The wider circle is simply there if, at some point, you'd like it.
