For those called to journey deeper into the transformative power of breathwork, our GPBE approved Breathwork Facilitator Apprenticeship in partnership with Breathing Space offers a comprehensive, seasonally-rooted pathway — blending in-person retreats, online learning, and the steady support of a warm community.
A Living, Gentle Apprenticeship:
This is more than a training — it’s a spacious invitation to grow, rest, and learn at your own pace. You’ll be supported by both Sharyn and Marie through monthly one-to-one sessions, group check-ins, and ongoing mentorship. Our curriculum moves with the turning year, honouring the wisdom of the solstices, equinoxes, and the Celtic fire festivals.
In-Person Retreats & Seasonal Workshops:
You’ll gather with us for four in-person retreats at Malin Head — a place of wild, remote beauty where breath, land, and community weave together. These retreats offer both personal renewal and real-world practice, with dedicated time to learn, assist, and gradually lead breathwork sessions. Seasonal online workshops and masterclasses support your growth in between gatherings.
Transformational Breathwork Practices:
You’ll receive in-depth training in Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) and other gentle, effective breathwork techniques for healing, emotional release, and deep connection. We teach with a trauma-sensitive approach, blending science, soul, and the wisdom of nature, so you feel confident guiding others through profound journeys.
Guide and Hold Space:
Learn to create safe, nurturing spaces for individuals and groups. You’ll grow skills in holding space, meeting strong emotion with compassion, and supporting each person with clarity, presence, and deep respect.
A Flexible, Blended Pathway:
This apprenticeship is designed for your life as it is now — combining immersive retreats, self-paced online modules, and regular online community gatherings. If travel isn’t possible, we offer additional one-to-one support to ensure you feel fully included and held.
Certification & Ongoing Community:
Upon completion, you’ll be recognised as a Breathwork Facilitator, with the option to continue into advanced study or mentorship. You’ll remain part of our ongoing community — with access to support, masterclasses, and the wider Breathing Space circle, so you never walk this path alone.
