There is no rush here. No pressure to be somewhere else or someone else.
Just a gentle unfolding, one breath at a time.
The Exhale Awakening offers three natural places to begin — or return to — depending on what you need right now.
Free, open, and always here when you need it
This is where many begin. Or return to.
It’s a space to pause, breathe, and soften — whether you join us live or drop into a moment when it suits you best.
Includes:
Midweek Exhale – a live weekly breath session, gentle and grounding
Morning & Afternoon Exhales – short daily breath invitations (live or recorded)
Our YouTube Library – a growing collection of calming practices to meet you where you are
🌿 For the days when life feels too full, and you just need to be held for a moment.
For when you feel the quiet call to tend to your inner landscape with more care and curiosity.
This pathway is for those longing for more than fleeting calm — for souls ready to root more deeply into stillness, explore the breath’s wisdom, and honour sacred time for themselves.
What’s included:
Monthly online Celtic tree workshops — three hours of breathwork, Celtic tree wisdom, and quiet reflection, inviting you to slow down, listen, and connect with the rhythms of nature
Gentle, breath-based circles — a space to rest, share, and grow together, guided by the changing light and the wisdom of the trees
Seasonal themes — each session explores a living theme, such as rest, courage, letting go, or clarity, always guided by the turning of the Celtic tree calendar
🍂 Here, there is no rush, no pressure to fix or force. Just a gentle returning to the wisdom you already carry within.
For those drawn to the living dance of the seasons, As the Light Changes is a gentle invitation to gather — online and in person — and attune to the natural shifts that shape us all.
Each solstice and equinox brings a turning of the light. We mark these moments together with breath, reflection, and practice, honouring the quiet changes within and around us. Six weeks later, as the land itself begins to respond, we gather again at the Celtic festivals — Imbolc, Bealtaine, Lughnasadh, and Samhain — to witness and celebrate the earth’s unfolding response.
What’s included:
Online seasonal workshops — Gather in community to notice, honour, and welcome the changing light. Each workshop is shaped by the energy of the season, inviting you to pause, reflect, and realign with nature’s rhythm.
In-person retreats — Come to the land in Ireland’s wild places, joining with others for breathwork, stillness, and gentle celebration as each season deepens.
Guided by the land — Our practices flow with the seasons and respond to what the earth is offering, rooted in the Celtic calendar and the ancient wisdom of place.
🌱 Here, we follow the slow unfolding of the year — letting light and land, breath and belonging, gently guide us home to ourselves.
You don’t need to be ready. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need a breath — and a little space to land.
Whether you’re dipping your toe in with a free Midweek Exhale, spending a day in retreat, or feeling the call to guide others…
you belong here.
This is a place where breath is sacred, change is slow, and you are always enough.
Come as you are.
Stay as long as you need.
The exhale will meet you there.
We’re Marie and Sharyn — two women with different stories, shared values, and a deep knowing that the world needs more exhale.
We came together through breath — not just the technique, but the truth of it: the slowing down, the letting go, the remembering.
Sharyn brings warmth, depth, and soul — with a background in holistic coaching, intuitive breathwork, and a fierce belief that you get to write your own story. Her path is one of curiosity, creativity, and courage.
Marie brings clarity, compassion, and calm — shaped by decades as a teacher and breathwork guide. Her work is deeply rooted in Celtic tradition, breath, and the quiet power of helping women return to themselves.
Together, we created The Exhale Awakening as a living, breathing space — a gathering point for those who are tired of pushing and ready to soften.
For women and teachers, space holders and seekers.
For those ready to live and lead from the breath, not the burnout.
We believe in quiet power.
In wild gentleness.
In the breath as a bridge home.
Come breathe with us.
Come as you are.
