Sometimes a plant seems to arrive at exactly the right moment.
Not necessarily because it has an answer, but because something in its story, shape, season or way of being speaks to something in us.
The Celtic Essence Apothecary is a space to explore that meeting.
What is it?
This is a gentle 60-minute one-to-one session centred around a plant essence.
We begin with what is present for you now, what you are moving through, what feels tender, what is changing, or simply what has drawn you here.
From there, we choose a plant to work with and spend some time getting to know it.
We may explore its folklore, traditional associations, Irish name, energetic qualities, seasonal place and, where relevant, its ogham connection.
The emphasis is not on analysing you or fixing anything.
It is on slowing down enough to notice what this particular plant may bring into focus.
