Leigheas Duchais - Celtic Soul Tending
A deeper one-to-one practice weaving breathwork, body-based tending and Irish traditional wisdom.
Some things cannot be tended by ordinary means. They need something older - something that knows the land, the lineage, the shape of an ortha said the way it's been said for longer than either of us has been alive.
I don't send energy to you, and I don't fix what's broken in you, because nothing in you is broken to begin with. I hold space - with breath, blessing, silence, and presence - while your own life force remembers its way home.
This work moves through the same five thresholds that hold every tending session I offer: the preparing, the crossing, the listening, the tending itself, and the closing. You don't need to know these names before you arrive. You'll simply feel them happen.
If what you're drawn to is conversation and presence, without breath and body specifically, Comhluadar may be the better door. This is for when it's the older work you're called to, the breath, the land, the lineage, held together.
You're Not Holding This Alone
Even within a session, someone is walking this with you, not watching from a distance.
And sometimes, tending that begins one-to-one naturally wants a wider circle around it. If that happens, there are places to continue this work in community through The Exhale Awakening, the breathwork school I co-founded with Sharyn.
There you'll find Midweek Exhale, Breath Keepers, and our longer Tending pathways. None of that is required. It's simply another place the work can be held, if and when it calls to you.
Three of those pathways continue particularly closely from the ground of Leigheas Dúchais:
Léarscáil - self-mapping through the Three Cauldrons
Teach - tending the spaces that hold you
Bliain - living in rhythm with the Celtic wheel of the year
